Delivery - So Bathrooms guarantee that we will deliver your order as promptly as possible in immaculate condition.
Deliveries are made 5 days a week in order to avoid disappointment. Deliveries will be made directly to your door and suitable access must be made available, and deliveries are to ground floor only.
On Delivery all goods delivered must be signed for. Please check that the package appears to be in good condition before signing as this may not be rectified later. If this is not possible please sign for the goods "unchecked". Failure to do this may affect your warranty and/or any claims made at a later date.
Cancellation - If you cancell your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, So Bathrooms will refund any monies taken within 30 days. On exercising your right to cancel your order, you shall be required to return the goods to So Bathrooms, and any postage and insurance costs of returning the goods will be incurred by you. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any costs of retrieving or otherwise from the refundable cost of the item(s).
Schedule - We will endeavor to meet all delivery times. However, in certain circumstances beyond our control deliveries may vary slightly. We therefore recommend that any tradesmen or installers should not be booked prior to receiving and checking of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
